Nicolas started his career in the Czech Republic in 2005 working alongside ORCO Property Group’s hotel division Managing Director on CEE hotel investments and the group’s operations. After a successful acquisition of an 8-hotel portfolio on the island of Hvar in Croatia he relocated to Split in 2006 to follow up on the implementation of a 5-year business plan that included a €100m+ renovation plan, as well as its financing. After a 3-year period covering hotel investment and development in CEE and the Balkans, as well as other asset classes, Nicolas relocated to Paris to work with Orco’s top management on strategic projects.
He later set up a real-estate business based in Prague covering the CEE region and mainly providing consulting and asset management services to medium and large real investors / developers in the region.
Nicolas joined Principal Real Estate Europe hotel team in 2015 and spent the first 3 years working on portfolio and asset management. He is now Transactions Manager covering a part of Europe including the CEE and SEE regions.
Nicolas holds a Master’s in international development from NEOMA Business School in France.
